WBD-US Online Store Billing Policy:
The purpose of this site is to allow employees and members of the public to purchase Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP branded items for personal or professional use. Currently, items can only be paid for with a credit card. Attorneys or staff can purchase items for clients or prospects, but the charges must be a personal expense unless approved in advance as a client write-off, a practice group expense or an office expense by the appropriate billing partner, PGL or OMP. Charges will not be accepted to the Client Development giveaway budget, which is limited. If you need to purchase or order additional promotional items (such as for your office or for a large event) by using a GL code, you will need to contact LindaT@puravidapromo.com to make arrangements.
If I don’t see the size I am looking for, in the online store, who do I contact to place the order? LindaT@puravidapromo.com
If I don’t like the colors that are available are there additional options?Contact LindaT@puravidapromo.com and we will review the request. Please remember to include the item number (if on the STORE), size, gender, etc. and indicate whether you would like the imprint or item color changed and we will see if it is available and approved.
How will I know if my order is accepted and being processed? You will receive an email from Pura Vida with a confirmation of all costs and estimated arrival time at your requested ship to address.
If I have an event date and there is not enough stock of an item, who can I contact to confirm when new inventory will be available? Please contact LindaT@puravidapromo.com
Will taxes apply to my order? Applicable sales tax will apply to outside North Carolina.
How long does an order take? For standard custom orders please allow 2-3 weeks. Lead times will vary based on the item, quantity, and availability. Longer lead times will be necessary for branded/Retail items due to decoration by the manufacturers. If we have the items in our warehouse, they will typically ship out within 48 hours.
A custom order is typically an item not currently on the store. Always contact: LindaT@puravidapromo.com for custom ideas.
For custom orders are there minimum purchase requirements? Typically, the lower the cost of the item, the larger the minimum quantity purchase is. We are happy to send options and will always include minimums, pricing and typical lead time.
RUSH ORDERS: Pura Vida has many manufacturers and decorators who offer 24 Hour Rush Service. Depending on the location of your office, items can be received quickly. We try to use our preferred vendors located in close proximity to the destination to avoid expedited shipping. We will always keep this mind. PLEASE provide EVENT DATES on ALL orders.
